Damage Deposit:
Prior to rental commencement, a credit card (Visa/MasterCard/ Discover/ American Express) pre authorization damage deposit is required per ATV of $1,000 per ATV. Customers are liable for any and all damages.

Rental Procedures:
Rental machines will undergo an inspection with a technician before and after your rental to ensure that the machine leaves in proper condition and returns the same way. You are required to be present for that inspection. Machine rental, gear rental, and incidentals are payable at the end of the rental day. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO CREDIT FOR EARLY RETURNS! We understand that vehicles will get dusty – but you are expected to return vehicle in a relatively clean state without excess mud and trash or you will potentially be assessed a cleaning fee.

Waivers:
All clients are required to read and sign a waiver of liability prior to rental / departure. Minimum age for driving an ATV is 10 years of age with valid ATV Certificate or 16 years with a valid Drivers License. Identification is required and must be presented.

Reservations:
All rental bookings / reservations require $50.00 credit card deposit per machine. Credit Cards used must have Card Holder present.  Certain ride dates require full payment the day of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 30 days prior: $50.00 Administration Fee will be charged / 14 to 7 day’s ½-rental price / 7 days or less & no shows: 100% of rental. There are no refunds for unused rental time, the machine was reserved for the contracted period and we may not be able to re-rent it.

Rental Times:
ATV rental period for a ½ day is 4 hours ( Monday-Thursday ONLY for ½  day rentals) ½ day Morning rental 9am-1pm Afternoon rental 2pm-6pm a full day rental is 9 hours 9am-6pm 10am-6pm on Sundays. Machine rental pick-ups start one half hour before pick up time otherwise specified your reservation will be deemed cancelled and the cancellation fee is charged without the right of refund. If you are delayed, please call us so we can keep your rental machine available for you. Your ATV must be returned no later than specified time on rental agreement for the day of rental. If your machine returns late, a late fee of $100 per hour (one-hour increments) will be charged in addition to any rental charges. No overnight rentals.

Poor Weather Policy:
If we determine the weather is too poor to ride, there will not be any cancellation charges. We are not responsible for changes in weather.  NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS DUE TO RAIN, HEAT, SNOW OR ANY NATURAL EVENT.

ATV Damages:
Each operator will be responsible for ANY damage to the rented machine. During the checkout procedure, any pre-existing conditions must be noted on the checkout form.
